  • Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.

  • Road via Theni to Munnar is blocked for resurface from 8am to 6pm. Last 6kms to the resort are on a narrow mountain road engulfed in mist. Advisable to have fog lamps when driving to the resort.   • Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 3300 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
  • For ALL RCI guests (including children), it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount (as a special member privilege) is given to RCI members on Food & Soft Beverages.

  • Guest Certificates MUST be processed at least 48 hrs prior to arrival; failure will result in the guest being charged daily room rent.
