Other Information:
  • A rt-PCR-COVID19 test is required in persons traveling from a country classified as high risk, performed within 120 hours prior to departure to St Maarten An application must be completed through the Electronic Health Authorization System (EHAS) upon receipt of the rt-PCR test result. Other tests such as antibody tests or antigen tests will not be accepted.
  • Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
  • RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
  • Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
  • Air traffic noise can be excessive and heard at the resort. Air traffic ceases at 10pm.
  • Passengers entering the island must fill out the entry form available at stmaartenentry.com. It is also mandatory to present a negative COVID-19 test result dating back no more than 72 hours prior to arrival (even if in transit to another destination).
  • Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
