Policy restrictions:
  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.

  • A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 7700 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
  • For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Drivers License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. As a special member privilege, a 10% Discount is given to RCI members on Food & Soft Beverages. Wi-Fi is available on a chargeable basis.
  • Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night) Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Studio units are suitable for 3 adults. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child less than 5 years of age.
  • Members with walking difficulties will be given units in the lower level. The resort will check with inbounds 2 days prior to check-in (at the time of verification calls) to ask if they want lower level. An elevator from the Reception Desk up to the restaurant is under construction & will be ready early August. Mobile phone connectivity is poor. Spa appointments should be made in advance.
