With Rutland Water on its doorstep, visitors can enjoy walking, cycling, watersports and bird watching - there is even a small beach. Please note that the resort is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties, as there are steep hills and steps.

  • Please be aware resort check-in dates during Christmas and New Year are always 12/23 and 12/30.Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights, incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
  • Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
  • Please be aware that guests who book multiple weeks may be assigned a different unit number for the second week by RCI. RCI cannot guarantee keeping guests in the same unit for both weeks. All allocations are done through RCI. All attempts will be made by the resort to avoid this but this is not always possible.
  • The swimming pool needs to be pre-booked about 1 week prior. Please contact the leisure department to book.
