Nearest airport: Pisa 80kms - From the airport take the motorway from Pisa to Livorno (E80). Exit at Rosignano and take the road south (Aurelia) to Grosseto-Roma. Follow this road until reaching San Vincenzo Nord. Exit from the main road and follow signs to Piombino. Go through San Vincenzo for approx 5kms following the signs to Piombino. At the sign at the end of San Vincenzo leaving the town turn lft. Then you will find further signs for Residenza Cavalleggeri, follows these signs until reaching the resort. By public transport:Take the train from Pisa airport to Pisa centre. Change trains and take the line going south to Grosseto at San Vincenzo or Campiglia take taxi to resort

Shuttle service to the Airport: No

From your stay at Residenza Dei Cavalleggeri you can take a day to explore Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto, the thermal muds of Caldana, Fortress of San Silvestro, Populonia or , all no more than 20 kilometers from the resort. Bus tours leaving from the resort can take you to the port of Livorno (from which you can head out to Elba Isle) or to Piombino. Or head to Porto Santo Stefano to visit Giglio isle, known as the pearl of the Argentario. There are also mini-cruises to Giannutri by private boat
