The Marlin is comprised of beautiful condos, including ocean view and poolside suites. These are regal quarters that range from a cozy efficiency to boastful Grand Villas. They are the work of new generation craftsmanship and were built to pamper. All units have been tastefully furnished with stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood furniture. There are three unit types: Studio, one bedroom with Bahama Room, and one bedroom on the top floor.
