  • In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
  • RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
  • Mandatory half-board for breakfast and lunch costs R$255.2 per day for adults and R$127.6 per day for children 5-11. Prepay within 7 days of confirmation and get a 15% discount. Payments can be made in 6 installments (3 months before check-in) or 2 installments (less than 3 months before check-in). Cash and credit cards are accepted.
  • Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner is available 15 days before your check-in date, payable at the hotel, and subject to availability. The prices may change without prior notice. The mandatory 2024 water park fee per person is R$333 for 1 person, R$640 for 2 persons, R$923 for 3 persons, R$1,184 for 4 persons, R$1,423 for 5 persons, and R$1,643 for 6 persons. Children under 4 are free.
  • Owners of Rio Quente Resort are not required to pay park tax if they have an active and valid contract with AVIVA. The hotel does not guarantee early check-in or late check-out and is subject to authorization by the resort. If authorized, there will be a charge of up to R$ 272 per hour for the service, but food is not included.
