Even though there are many attractions in the area, you will find yourself spending a lot of your time enjoying the amenities of the Silver Lake Resort, which includes a movie theatre, games room, cabana bar, clubhouse, gym, three pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and simulated golf course. A weekly schedule of on-site activities is centered around the spectacular heated outdoor pool and impressive clubhouse. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the common areas.

Mandatory fee:
  • Mandatory Security deposit is 200.00 U.S. dollars. Only Credit Cards accepted. Credit Card deposit required for security deposit.
Housekeeping fee:
  • "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 15.00 U.S. dollars for Hotel, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."
  • "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 30.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."
  • "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 40.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."
  • "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 65.00 U.S. dollars for 3 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."
Policy restrictions:

  • No trailers

  • No large vehicle parking
  • No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

  • Some 2 bedroom units are lock-off units (adjoining units). Please contact the resort for details on the unit configuration. Also, not all 1 bedroom units have dishwashers. This is at the resort level. The DBW bonus week certificate program allows owners to participate. Reference code# 870225, US comp code# 11233 and LATAM comp code#11254.
  • There are elevators on property, but only in certain buildings. If a late arrival or a no-show please contact the property immediately at 407-397-2828. We will be conducting our annual pest control inspection from August 1st to October 31st. During this time, inspectors will require to access units. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.
