La Vista Beach Resort

La Vista Beach Resort is located right on the beach in Pelican Key on the Caribbean island of St. Maarten. This 3-story building is surrounded by picturesque palm trees, a tropical garden of local bougainvillea and hibiscus flowers, and overlooks the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Watch St. Maarten’s gorgeous sunsets while you enjoy the sound of the calm ocean waves crashing against the reef, all from your private balcony at this quiet and relaxing resort. Make sure you have your cameras out to capture the amazing orange, pink and purple colors that our sunsets offer, as well as passing cruise ships! With the resort being mere steps from the beach, you have the option to lounge on your own private balcony, by the pool, or on the beach! The beach is also a nice area for snorkeling as it is right off of one of the many reefs along the coast of St. Maarten. You can see various colorful Caribbean fish, and sometimes even octopuses and eels! Come and see for yourself!

There are two unit types at La Vista Beach; Studios and Two Bedrooms. All rooms face the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, and have their own private or semi-private balconies. All rooms at La Vista Beach feature a full kitchen with all appliances, a living room with a pull-out couch, a safe, and a dining area both inside and outside. The studio units offer a sectioned off master suite, complete with a privacy curtain to accommodate friends or family, and a bathroom with two doors. These units have 2 TV’s, can sleep up to 4 people, and are quite cozy. The two bedroom units offer a master suite, two bathrooms, a second bedroom with twin beds, closet space, and 3 flat screen TV’s. The rooms are accessible via the front of the building as well as the back, and can sleep up to 6 people. All units overlook the beach and pool deck, and offer unique, breathtaking views. The room décor as well as the gardens outside add to the Caribbean-feel of this resort. Come and see for yourself!
