Mandatory fee:

  • In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
  • RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
  • The electric fee is based on your usage. On average, guests staying in a one-bedroom unit can expect to pay between USD $75 to $150 per week for electricity, while those staying in a two-bedroom unit can expect to pay between USD $150 to $250 per week. It is important to note that the electric fee varies depending on usage and may be higher or lower than the average amount.
  • We do not add outside company reservations until 10 days before the check-in date. If an inbound guest wants to make a request, we ask that they call us closer to their check-in date. We would happily accommodate their request, but we can not guarantee them.
