From the Santiago Mariño International Airport on the island of Margarita, take the
Highway to Porlamar, follow this road to Pampatar. Just before the Amusement Park
"Diverland", cross right on Avenida Bolivar. After traveling 3 km, on the fourth block
cross right and turn right at the first corner, then right again and finally turn
left. From there you can see the resort, a tall, white building.
The Lake Plaza Hotel is situated on Margarita Island, the Pearl of the Caribbean.
The island is located in the Caribbean Sea northeast of Caracas, the capital city
of Venezuela. The hotel is just a 30-minute drive from Santiago Mariño airport, or
you can take a couple of hours ferry ride from Puerto La Cruz or Cumaná to reach the
island. Margarita Island is a popular tourist destination in Venezuela, especially
for its beautiful, high-quality beaches that cater to everyone's preferences. Whether
you like beaches with waves or without, big or small, deep or flat, warm or hot, windy
or windless, there's a beach for everyone. The island offers a lot for tourists,
including castles, history, churches, religious culture, and diverse natural attractions.
You can easily reach your destinations on the island by taking any highways and streets,
including the beautiful Tunnels of Trees in certain areas. Public transport, car,
or cab can access shopping centers and markets near the resort.

of $100.00 in cash is requested upon arrival at the complex per unit reserved, which

The resort does not allow upgrades. Extra guests can be accommodated if available
for an additional fee. Unit 06/02 has a private room with a queen-size bed, one bathroom,
two single duplex sofas, a fridge, a two-burner electric stove, one TV, basic kitchen
utensils, no blender or microwave. Unit 06/04 has the same amenities but with one
private room and a queen-size bed.
One bedroom has two single beds, two bathrooms, a living room with a single
duplex sofa, a fridge, a two-stove electric stove, two TVs, and basic kitchen utensils,
no blender or microwave. Water supply in the apartment is rationed during specific
times of the day, which are 7-7:30am, 8-8:30am, 9-9:30am, 12-12:30pm, 1-1:30pm, 6:30-7pm,
8-8:30pm, and 9-9:30pm.
Public areas including the pool bathrooms, lobby, restaurant, and pool showers
are available without restrictions. Restaurant and bar hours during the high season
are from 8am to 10pm and during the low season are from 8am to 4pm. Power outages
may occur without prior notice. Limited handicapped units are available upon request,
