  • Pet Information: Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.
  • Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guest expense. Reception hours are: 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday. Friday 8am-12pm then 2pm-7pm. You must notify the resort if you are checking in outside of reception hours or an additional call-out fee may apply.
  • It is Holiday Concepts policy that all guests of members must produce an RCI Guest Certificate. Failure by the guest/s to produce a Guest Certificate will result in the guest/s being charged $100 for a late guest certificate. Fee to be paid at check in. There are no exceptions to this policy. This includes any members that have booked multiple units in the same week.
  • Pet-friendly Thursday units are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. There is a pet fee.
  • A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
  • In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
  • There are no telephones in the units. The only current service provider with good reception is Telstra. Please note for the 1 bedroom units the maximum occupancy is 4, however we recommend 3 to fully enjoy your stay.
