This tranquil St. John resort, located on an island hilltop, offers spectacular views of Cruz Bay and St Thomas. There are six villas, each with a great house and a master suite separated by a completely private patio. The villas share a large swimming and wading pool.   • A refundable mandatory security fee of $500 is required if no damages or service calls during stay. This includes: personal meet/greet at dock and guided villa check-in, welcome bag with beverages/snacks, guide books and gift certificate for drinks at a local restaurant.
  • Expect very warm temps in summer months. Finding your way to the Villas can be difficult, even more so in the dark. If you have never been here, we highly recommend renting a vehicle and purchasing our Welcome Package.
  • There is no front desk or resort office. You MUST call Sunset Ridge Villas Management Company Cimmaron St John at 340-715-2666 to confirm your vacation. Property manager is available 24/7, with security cameras on-site.
  • In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
  • Resort has the following optional A/C fees: $70/week or $10/day for A/C only in the master room. $140/week or $20/day for A/C in the main house. $210/week or $30/day for A/C in the complete unit. Contact info.cimmaronstjohn.com to pay in advance of stay and get more valuable resort/island information. Roads are very steep with frequent hairpin turns.
