Other Information:
  • Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.
  • Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Studio units are suitable for 3 adults. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child less than 5 years of age.
  • For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount (as a special member privilege) is given to RCI members on Food & Soft Beverages.
  • The resort organizes pickup service from the nearest bus & railway station or airport for a fee. Toaster, hair dryer provided on request. Wi-Fi available on a chargeable basis. The Utility Fee is applicable on a full-week basis, regardless of duration of stay. Guest Certificates MUST be processed 48 hours prior to arrival; failure to do so will result in the guest being charged daily room rent.
  • Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 7700 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
