Some apartments at the Passage House Club have views of the estuary. Studios accommodate
two adults. Studio apartments have 1 double bed. One-bedroom units accommodate four
and have a double bed & double pull out bed. Two-bedroom units sleep six. All
apartments have a full kitchen, including oven and microwave. Resort has some units
which are twin-bedded, but please phone resort for further information.

BY AIR: Exeter - 20 miles BY CAR: From Exeter airport, take the M5 towards Plymouth
and the South, then take the A380 to Torquay. Carry on for approx. 9 miles and exit
at the Ware Barton junct signed Teignmouth & Kingsteignton A381. Go down this
slip road to roundabout and take the 3rd exit signed Kingsteignton & racecourse.
Continue straight over next mini roundabout. Go to the next mini roundabout and turn
left into Greenhill Way. Hackney Lane, leading to the Passage House Club, is approximately
100 metres on the left. Follow the lane for approximately 0.5 miles and just over
the bridge is the hotel and Clubshare apartments.

The Devon area is rich with legend and lore, as well as the genuine beauty of nature.
The coastline here is a combination of towering cliffs, pebble beaches, sandy coves,
and lovely bays. There are towers, gardens and estates to visit, as well as haunted
castles. No visit would be complete without a trip to the "unconquered wilderness"
that is Dartmoor. Littered with prehistoric remains including standing stones, cairns
and hut circles, it is testimony to the inhabitants who have existed here for thousands
of years. There's also pony trekking, salmon fishing and rural golf.
