  • Minimum age check-in is 18.
  • Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
  • In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
  • For late arrivals please advise resort as soon as possible. When attempting to locate the resort with satellite navigation, please enter ‘Wychnor’ to ensure you are given the correct target destination.
  • Breakfast will no longer be available on site and lunch will only be served on Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant has been relocated to the back bar to contain everything in one area. Food Service times will therefore be : Monday – Friday 4pm – 9pm; Saturday – Sunday 12noon – 2.30pm, 6pm – 9pm. Please contact the resort for a copy of our evening menu.
  • Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
  • Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
  • Fees charged for some utilities.
  • Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
  • Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
