An 18th Century Georgian Manor house sits at the helm of Plas Talgarth and its 64
acres. The resort overlooks River Dyfi in the Snowdonia National Park. Guests enjoy

The Plas Talgarth resort has studio to three-bedroom units that sleep 2 to 8 guests
accordingly. Mansion House 8 -only has bunkbeds in the bedroom and double sofa bed,
Mansion House 12 has double bed in the master bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the
lounge . Patio units third bedroom is bulk beds.Units are carpeted and have either
a full or partial kitchen that may include a dishwasher and microwave. Telephone service
is included. All units have a terrace or balcony, as well as television and video

take the M42 onto the M6. Leave M6 at junction 10a and proceed along M54 which eventually
merges with A5 by-passing Shrewsbury. Next take the A458 to Welshpool and continue
until A470. Proceed along A470 and then A489 to Machynlleth. At T-junction by the
clock- tower turn right, through the town, pass railway station and left onto A493.
Pass through Pennal village and the entrance to Plas Talgarth Estate is on the left.

or the Precipice Walk at Dolgellau where you will be rewarded with stunning views
of the ocean, river valley and mountains. Enjoy Inverewe Gardens, visit Powis Castle,
and take some time to watch the dolphins at Mwyn Beach. Visitors to the area can
enjoy plenty of outdoor activities including waterskiing, windsurfing, boating, fishing,
golf, and horseback riding all within six miles of the resort.

bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. MANSION HOUSE 1/04 UNITS ARE MORE SUITABLE
FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN.
