The nearest international airport is in Melbourne, approximately 340kms away. From Melbourne take the Princes Hwy (Route 1) to Lakes Entrance. Drive down the hill overlooking the lake system of East Gippsland. Turn left at the roundabout (where the Tourist Information Centre is located) into Marine Parade, following this along the North Arm of the lake, veer left into Rowe Street. Look for the Holiday Concepts sign at the front of the resort. Please note: when using the citylink toll way, you will be required to purchase a Day Pass. This can be done at any post office or selected shell service station, or by calling 132629 before your trip. Penalities apply if a day pass is not purchased.

Shuttle service to the Airport: No

Have fun and relax at Lakes Entrance with its beautiful Ninety Mile Beach, expansive waterways and magnificent hinterland of mountains, forests and streams. The Mt Hotham Ski Resorts (a 3-hour drive) surround you with panoramic views across the roof of the Victorian High Plains. The Gippsland Lakes are beautiful, diverse and untouched. Try fishing at nearby Barrier Landing or Tambo River just a 15-minute drive away. A great surfing beach is just 10 minutes away, while a 40minute drive takes you to the Buchan Caves. Go white-water rafting on the Snowy River or on trail rides forged by the original mountain Bushmen or visit the Aquadrome which all inhouse guests get free access to.

Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guest expense.
A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
All guests of members must produce an RCI Guest Certificate at check-in. Failure by the guest to produce a guest certificate will result in guest/s being charged $100 as a 'late guest certificate fee'. Refusal to pay will result in no entry, no exceptions. This also includes multiple units booked in the same week.
As of 1 Dec 2023, pet-friendly Friday units are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. There is a pet fee.
The resort has membership at the Lake's Aquadome Leisure Centre just 5 minutes away. This entitles you to free, unlimited use of the indoor heated pool, spas and sauna, gym and locker facilities. Management is only on site during office hours which is Monday to Thursday 9am - 12pm. Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 12pm.
