Located on Little Bay Beach, the Belair Beach Hotel is an all-suite oceanfront resort on St. Maarten. The hotel is home to the Gingerbread Café, located on the beach, and has an on-site convenience store called Belair Mini-Mart. Amenities also include, complimentary beach towels, chaise lounges and umbrellas, a complimentary wine and cheese party, babysitting service, book exchange and car rental. Additionally the resort has an oceanfront fresh water swimming pool and tennis court.

  • Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
  • RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
  • Six weeks prior to your stay, you should receive Plan & Prepare information from the resort followed-up by a Precheckin Registration form two weeks prior to check-in, both will be sent by email. Please fill out the forms and email them back to info@belairbeach.com. Make sure to include a copy of your RCI confirmation letter and relation number for your stay. Contact the resort by email or telephone if you have not received the forms.
  • Passengers entering the island must fill out the entry form available at stmaartenentry.com. It is also mandatory to present a negative COVID-19 test result dating back no more than 72 hours prior to arrival (even if in transit to another destination).
  • An rt-PCR-COVID19 test performed within 120 hours prior to departure to St Maarten is required for persons traveling from a country classified as high risk. An application must be completed through the Electronic Health Authorization System (EHAS) upon receipt of the rt-PCR test result. Other tests such as antibody tests or antigen tests will not be accepted.
