exit onto A590 & follow for 5.4km (3.4 miles). Continue on A591 for 8.4km (5.2
miles). At roundabout take first exit onto B5284 (signs for hawkshead via ferry) on
the crook road & continue for 10.1km (6.3 miles). turn right at A5074 Kendal rd
(signs for bowness/windermere) & follow for 1km (0.6 miles). Resort is on the
left signposted Hapimag & Burnside Park. The cottage reception is immediately
to the right as you entre the residence. Post code for sat-nav: la233ew BY RAIL: Change
for Windermere at Oxenholme. Then take a taxi.Each cottage or apartment has one free
car park space only and additional car park space will be charged at £3 per day.

The resort has a Saturday check-in throughout the year, but during Christmas
and New Year, check-in dates are always December 23rd and 30th.
LATE ARRIVALS: All guests who arrive outside office hours, will need to contact
Resort to arrange Key collection. A mobile number will need to be provided, so Resort
can send the access code for the property.
