BY AIR: Innsbruck 20km, Munich 195km BY ROAD: From Munich Airport, take the A12 Motorway in the direction of Innsbruck. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Trains run to Innsbruck where you can take a taxi.

Axams is a typical Tyrolean village, with everything you could wish for on a holiday: friendly taverns, old mountain farms, a popular theater, and open-air concerts, There is hardly a sporting activity not catered to, either in Axams or its environs. For summer skiing enthusiasts - the Stubai glacier, Austria's largest ski center, is close by. Also in close proximity to Axams you will find picture-postcard villages, such as Birgitz, Goetzens and Natters. For great shopping, concerts, theater, museums or a bit of nightlife, Innsbruck is 20 km down the road.
