BY AIR: Nearest airport: Turin 100 km. (2.5 hours). Milan 210kms. BY ROAD: From Turin airport take the ring road towards Piacenza/Savona. Exit at Stupinigi. Then take the road SS23 towards Pinerolo/ Sestriere. Once in Sestriere turn right at the first crossroads. Pass the Olimpika Club and turn left into Via Monterotta. From Turin it is also possible to take the T4 towards Frejus. Exit at Sestriere and follow signs to Sestriere. At Sestriere turn left, then follow as above. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Take the train from Turin to Oulx; a bus from Oulx to Sestriere and then a taxi to the resort.

Sestriere (at an altitude of 2035 meters or 6676 feet) is the most important tourist center of the Piedmont Alps. A long ski season is assured here between Christmas and Easter, helped by artificial snowmaking equipment if necessary. In fact, this is the capital of a vast ski domain known as the Milky Way, where there are ski trails stretching into France. Sestriere, which is on the World Cup ski circuit, offers cross-country skiing in winter. During July and August, there is an 18-holes golf course and tennis. Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Everything remains closed in Sestriere, including resort facilities outside July & August and the ski season. Please be aware that you might need to drive 15 minutes to the closest bar/restaurant. Outside the peak season, all facilities are closed including restaurants, bars, markets, laundry, gym, game rooms, etc. Toiletries are provided. A car is highly recommended to enjoy the area.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort.
Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.

Reception is open 8:30am-midnight from December 20th through March 31st, and July 1 through August 31st. The rest of the year reception opening hours are 9am-1pm & 2pm-5pm. If you need to check in outside of the Reception hours, you’ll have to pay €100 until 9pm, and after 9pm you cannot check in until the following day. Please email info@palaceresidence.com to inform the resort in advance.
This resort has different check-in days during the year and reservations must be made in increments of 7 nights. After confirming a unit online please check with RCI to ensure the check-in day booked is correct for your dates of travel. Reservations made incorrectly will be canceled and must be re-booked with the correct check-in day.
