While on this stunning island, spend a day lounging on the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the blue Caribbean water. The Sea Palace Resort has beach loungers available, and the staff is available to arrange day trips to other parts of this Dutch/French island. Take a day-long fishing excursion, and upon return, partake of fine cuisine in the on-site restaurant. US dollars, traveler’s checks, and major credit cards are widely accepted. Smoking is not allowed in the units but allowed on the balconies. The resort charges a USD$35 weekly utility surcharge. There is also a government-required timeshare tax of USD$50 per week. Complimentary wifi is provided.

Other Information:
  • Minimum age check in is 25.
  • RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
  • In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
  • Fees charged for some utilities.
  • Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
  • The minimum check-in and occupancy age is 25 years of age. No smoking in the units, but smoking is allowed on the balconies. The resort offers a mid-week cleaning & additional housekeeping service for a fee. Unit 601AB and 702AB are the only 2 lock-off type units at the resort.
  • Guests will be charged for their electrical usage as we have installed meters for each unit. A meter reading will be delivered to occupants mid-week so they will have an idea of their consumption, and again Friday prior to departure. The government-required timeshare tax is USD$50 per week.
